When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, gallery/business name, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign up via OAuth, we receive your name and email from the authentication provider.
2.2 Business Information
You may provide business details including company name, address, phone number, tax ID, and banking information (for Stripe Connect). This information is used to generate invoices, certificates, and facilitate payment processing.
2.3 Inventory Data
You upload and manage art inventory data including artwork titles, artist names, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, provenance, images, and related metadata. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized members of your gallery.
2.4 Client Information
If you use our CRM features, you may store client names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and purchase history. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before storing their information.
2.5 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. This data is used to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
3. How We Use Your Information
